Things You Should Know

• Full 'farmhouse' style breakfast included with your room.   We serve something different each morning you are here.
• We accommodate special dietary needs - just let us know ahead of time of your restrictions.
• We have a selection of local restaurant menus for you to view.
• We are not licensed but you are welcome to bring your own bottle of wine - we will supply the cork screw and glasses.
• Other amenities are available such as iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hair spray, lotions, etc. upon request.
• Central air is throughout the house.
• Satellite TV and VCR/DVD player are available in the living room and satellite TV is available in the porch and the 'barn' games room.
• The games room with pool table and lots of retro board games is open to guests - children must be supervised by an adult.
• Coaster bikes are available to guests (bring your own helmet).
• Wireless high speed internet available.
• We have a friendly family house cat - she’s the 'LADY' of the house.
• No other pets are allowed.
• A meeting room is available for corporate or group meetings.
• An 'instant-on' campfire is available with proper supervision.
• No smoking in the house - smoking is allowed outside (please use the containers provided).
• Check in time is after 4 p.m. unless previous arrangements are made.
• Check out time is 11 a.m.
• Lots of on-site parking is available.
• Gift Certificates are available.
• There is a 10% discount for the 2nd night stay and 20% for the 3rd night and thereafter.
• 50% deposit at time of reservation or your reservation can be held with a credit card.
• Payment by cash, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
• Cancellation notice : 72 hours advance notice or a 25% charge will apply.
