This mystery takes place in a tiny Las Vegas wedding chapel surrounded by glitzy gambling casinos. Two young lovers have eloped here in defiance of the bride's father, Blackjack White, wealthy owner of the Pearly Gates Gambling Emporium. Blackjack had refused to give his daughter's hand in marriage to her betrothed, a burly biker with a bruising personality.

As the happy couple stands at the altar ready to take their vows, Blackjack bursts into the chapel in a violent rage, determined to stop the wedding. In the ensuing scuffle a gunshot rings out and Blackjack White drops dead to the floor with a bullet in his heart. Who fired the shot? Don't bet on the obvious... anything can happen in Vegas. It is a clear case of murder and you are one of the suspect.

The suspects are:

Virgen White - The beautiful blushing bride, Virgen is only a child who has been spoiled rotten by her wealthy father. Impulsive and defiant, nothing will stop her from marrying her biker beau...
Costume Suggestion - Bridal dress - slightly dusty from traveling by motorcycle, a veil, and a bouquet of 'wind-blown' flowers.

E.Z. Ryder - The leather-clad groom, E.Z. (Easy) is a member of the notorious L.A. motorcycle gang, Ghosts of Hell. E.Z. claims he's ready to settle down with his bride, Virgen, raise a few kids and tinker with 'hawgs' for a living.
Costume Suggestion - Black leather pants and jacket, motorcycle boots, and helmet. Tattoos and Harley optional.

Ruby Lipps - A sexy showgirl, Ruby's been dancing in the chorus line at the Pearly Gates Gambling Emporium for the past three years. Bored and restless, Ruby's ready to kick up her heels and head in a new direction.
Costume Suggestion - Ruby wears a glittering dress with high heels to emphasize her stage persona.

Rock King - Rock headlines the floor show at the Pearly Gates Gambling Emporium. Handsome and talented, he's determined to become the new king of Rock and Roll. "Thank yuh, thank yuh very much."
Costume Suggestion - A sequin-covered white suit with sideburns, dark sunglasses, high collar and white hand towels draped around his neck. Guitar and Cadillac optional.

Dee Vorst - Blackjack White's gorgeous ex-wife and Virgen's mother. Dee eagerly pursues every opportunity to make her ex's life a living hell. Her favourite game is roulette and she's betting on red... blood red!
Costume Suggestion - Long flowing revealing dress. Costume jewelry, heavy makeup and matching hat and purse.

Rev. Hal Frye - A bible-thumping, fire and brimstone preacher who firmly believes in the sanctimony of marriage... while having a little fun on the side. Hallelujah!
Costume Suggestion - Flashy Vegas-style suit and a big bible. A little black book and flask of bourbon in his pocket.

Ace Spader - A high-stakes gambler with nerves of steel, Ace's two passions in life are women and cards. He knows when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em.
Costume Suggestion - Expensive silk suit, brightly polished shoes, lots of cash and a pair of lucky dice.

Mae B. Wilde - A mild-mannered librarian, in Vegas for a book convention. Mae takes an impulsive pull at the slot machine in her hotel lobby and wins a million dollars. Overnight, she transforms into a free spirit determined to experience everything in life... all at once.
Costume Suggestion - Except for her librarian's glasses, Mae has shed her drab garb and purchased an incredibly glamourous outfit... without even looking at the price tag.
